This Agreement and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States/Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal actions or disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Newark/New Jersey.

5. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated terms on the Site.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Site following any changes to these terms will constitute acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

6. Refund Policy

At Infinite Design, we're committed to delivering world-class creative services through our unique subscription model.

Because clients receive immediate access to our design team and unlimited requests, we do not typically offer refunds.

However, we understand that timing and needs can vary which is why, if you're unable to utilize your subscription during a certain period, we offer the option to receive credit that can be used toward future design work. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we're always here to make sure you get the most value out of your experience with us.

Please note: if your unused subscription period exceeds 45 days from the last active request, we can only offer 50% of the remaining time as credit. This helps us maintain fairness and operational efficiency while still supporting our clients with flexibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Infinite Design or Infinite Network Solutions LLC be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Design, Infinite Network Solutions LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms of Service.
